Notice is hereby given that the AGM of the Cornwall Area BCC will be held on 6th March 2012 at Camborne Community Centre at 7.30pm.  Notices of motions and nominations for up to 4 committee vacancies to Sec. Ann Lawrence at least 60 days prior to AGM (6th January, 2012).  All members must bring valid club membership card for entry.  Remember you must have handed in your Cornwall Area BCC record card at least 28 days before AGM to be eligible to vote for new Committee.

 

Tea and coffee available – please bring cup.

We hope to see many of you at our THS's, and hope that the weather will be good to you!

2012 Rallies

Details of our weekend rallies and THS's for 2012 can now be found in the Rallies  and Holiday Sites page. 

General Comments

Members can ring up in advance to the Stewards and book an Electric Hook Up if required for weekend rallies. This has been decided as our rallies are being well attended at present and some sites have limited Electric Hook Up's. This does not mean that we are running booked rallies, unless specified in the programme, it simply helps those who cannot arrive until much later than the official site opening times (2pm). 

If you have a favourite site that we have not used for some time then mention it to the sites officer or a committee member.

It is now a rule of the Camping and Caravanning Club that Fire Buckets must be used at all weekend rallies and THS’s, so please ensure that you provide one. Waste water should always be emptied in the appropriate facility on the site and not left to drain on the pitch. This is also a rule specified by the Camping and Caravanning Club and stewards will be ensuring that these rules are followed.
