The 2010 Committee 

The new committee was appointed at the AGM on 9th March, 2010. No vote was needed at the meeting, as only four nominations were received for the four vacant positions. Barry Lawrence, the new chairman,  thanked the outgoing committee members Gerald, Angela and Julie who have given fantastic service to the club during their terms. 

New Committee:

Chairman - Barry Lawrence

Vice Chairman - Marsden Richards

Treasurer - Tony Lorton

Secretary - Ann Lawrence

Sites Officer - Ray Trathen

General Committee - Mick Jackson, Les Trathen, Stuart Leah and Lou Llewellyn.

2010 Rallies

Details of our weekend meets and THS's for 2010 can now be found in the Rallies page. Please note that there have been errors regarding dates in the official magazines and members should check with stewards to confirm meetings.

General Comments

Members can ring up in advance to the Stewards and book an Electric Hook Up if required for weekend meets. This has been decided as our meets are being well attended at present and some sites have limited Electric Hook Up's. This does not mean that we are running booked meetings it simply helps those who cannot arrive until later than the official site opening times. 

If you have a favourite site that we have not used for some time then mention it to a committee member.

Waste water should always be emptied in the appropriate facility on the site and not left to drain on the pitch. This is a rule specified by the Caravan and Camping Club and stewards will be ensuring that this rule is followed..

2010 THS's

Four THS are planned for 2010. You can download forms from the Booking Forms page.  Booking is not essential, but at Sunny Meadows, there are not a lot of non-electric pitches, so if you want to be sure of one, it is advisable to book.

Monkey Tree, Nr Newquay  June 12th -27th

Menehay Farm, Falmouth July 24th - August 15th NB: Own Sanitation Essential and no EHU available. Nb Falmouth Week starts 7th August with Red Arrows and a week of festivities and entertainment.

Hendra Holiday Park, Newquay September 10th - 24th

Sunny Meadows, Goonhavern - September 24th - 3rd October.          To see a short video of the site, please click here
